i have a reeadyNAS 314 firmware 6,2,4 with subject in the display. programs are able to get in and fetch the files wanted , they can also write changes back to nas. explorer cant se it any more tr...

That is very unlikely.
I'd be more worried about the failing disk than the discovery server error right now.
How high is the count? How quickly is it rising?
