Cannot invite new users!
Tried inviting new users through readycloud, as I had been instructed. Selected the share button, But after entering the e-mail address of the user, either I get an error message saying " failed execution of system operation on device " or, if the person had been invited previously, (and not responded for whatever reason) the invite screen brings up their "user name" and refuses to re-invite. This is a RN10200, and honestly, it has never performed correctly!! It got so bad, and the online help was so poor, that I reinstalled the whole thing, reformatting the drives and all.
I'm not saying the problem isn't caused by me, but i'll be darned if I can figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

- NhellieVirtuosoCheck if your NAS is connected to the internet properly or try assigning a DNS server (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

It appears that it needs to be done on the backend. But still try my suggestion. - DanthemNETGEAR Employee RetiredMake sure you have no local user on the NAS with the same username as your readycloud user.
Also make sure no local user has the same email address. You can quickly go in an just edit the email of your local users to test.
The above are known issues.
