Removing invited cloud users

Good afternoon

I can no longer access my NAS using the ReadyNAS Remote app, and it may be because I am getting the credentials wrong but I can't be sure. Either way, I'd like to remove my account from the Cloud Users list in the ReadyNAS admin web interface. When I ask it to be removed It gives me a dialog box saying I need to visit ReadyCLOUD to remove the account. Going to ReadyCLOUD gives me two paths, both useless.

1) On the Welcome to ReadyCLOUD screen that comes up, there is an option to "Set up a new ReadyNAS". Selecting this option takes me to the "Home" page, which shows my router, but no NAS setup actions occur. If I click "Discover", it shows my NAS, but clicking "Manage" just brings me back to the ReadyNAS web interface and I'm stuck in a loop.

2) On the Welcome to ReadyCLOUD page, I can skip the two setup options and just click Login. Still just takes me to the "Home" page.

Your help is appreciated, thank you!

    Hi chimera388,

    Welcome to the community!

Can you confirm if both Internet & Services are marked online under the Cloud tab on the admin page? Also, tell us if you have 8.8.8.8 as DNS on the active NIC (network card) of your ReadyNAS system.

    Kind regards,

If you have this issue on an RN104, you should try to access the NAS via the ReadyCLOUD app, not the ReadyNAS Remote app. You can download ReadyCLOUD app from ReadyCLOUD portal.

Note: ReadyNAS Remote is deprecated in ReadyNAS OS 6.5.0. Please switch to ReadyCLOUD to continue to remotely access your ReadyNAS OS 6 device. Legacy ReadyNAS devices (running RAIDiator 4.1.x, 4.2.x & 5.3.x) can continue to use ReadyNAS Remote.

Okay, that works for me but how do I add the NAS to that app? I click "devices" and it just has my Nighthawk.

Update: I installed the ReadyNAS Remote software to my PC, but I basically have run into the same problem with not being able to log in. It won't let me get a new account because my username is taken, but it won't let me reset my password because it doesn't recognize my username/e-mail address. They can't have it both ways lol. It either exists (which it does), or it doesn't.
