Can't access dashboard (Duo V2)
ReadyNAS Duo v2
ReadyNAS been running fine, but now disc is showing as full (zero bytes available) in Windows Explorer.
If I delete files, it still shows as full in Windows, and I cant save files to it. I can, however, access all files currently on the drive from Windows and use it with no problems if I don't want to save.
I can't access the Dashboard, I just get the initial splash screen, with the spinning timer thing. (In Chrome and IE in Win 7 64)
I try the boot menu (holding down the reset switch when powering on) but it doesn't go to the stage of all the LEDs being lit, for me to try an OS reinstall or a full reset.
Help!

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserSee if you can get to the dashboard with Firefox
- Redwards92AspirantI also have the same issue. I am able to access my network drive no problem but get the splash screen (spinning dial) and it never reaches the dashboard. I have just upgraded though...could this be it?
Rob - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserTry firefox.
- Redwards92AspirantNo difference.
- pisqueeAspirantOK, so Netgear support suggested taking one of the drives out, and then with Firefox I could get into the dashboard (but still can't with Chrome) here, I could see that there is about 50 GB free space, although Windows still reporting that there is 0 bytes free.
I have rebooted the drive with the second disc back in, and it is resyncing (2 hours to go)
Error log file has this repeatedly: "PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/: cannot read file data: Is a directory in Unknown on line 0" - Redwards92AspirantHow did you get on?
- doylmiGuideI actually had the same issue with the dashboard in Chrome. Works in Safari, though.
Was working previously - maybe a recent Chrome update broke this? - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserChrome 34 broke the OS6 webui - an xml parsing bug in the browser I believe.
Maybe try chrome 35 beta, and see if that works. - PeterV1AspirantThe same with me...
Since i use Win 8.1..can't acces the dashboard.
(using Chrome/IE11)
In chrome the dashboard is not connecting at all, in IE he doesn't accept the logon credentials or doesn't connect ,..in Firefox..it works..
Whats going on ?
Is support offering a solution here ? or do whe have to contact support individually ?
Peter - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserPeterV - what firmware are you running? IE11 should work with 5.3.10 with compatibility mode in the browser turned off. It should also work with 5.3.9 with compatibility mode in the browser turned on.
The Chrome issue is on Google, not Netgear. It was introduced in Chrome 34. Chrome beta 35 works. So you can install that, or stick with FireFox until chrome 35 is releasedCX
