Done. What is truly strange is the AFP behavior. It was always slow but it's not totally usable now either. I have read the dev docs and can't figure out what they did that might affect that. This unit is in pristine conidtion and has a few brand new drives. To have to toss it when it's only 3-4 years old seems imprudent.
