Check for updates not connecting

Hi, for the first time in weeks, if not months, I've just logged on to my ReadyNAS 102 and thought I'd better check for any updates and I'm seeing the same error message as the OP.
Have read through the above suggestions, but can't find anything wrong with my settings, and I certainly have internet access.
Is this a case of my OLD '102' product no longer being supported, or if not, any suggestions as to what might be the cause?

PS The current version is 6.10.10 and was last automatically updated on March 8th 2024!
