I have a Pro 6 with a upgraded X3230 CPU...had no problems with CPU temp spiking until 6.4.1...CPU temp climbs 25C degrees when I run scrub on my volume.

6.4.0 sat at 48C idle...did not really climb much if at all during normal usage
6.4.1 sits at 51C idle...have not paid attention to temps for normal usage, but if I scrub volume CPU temp climbs 25C in 3 mins...not sure that is even possible to climb that fast...

Just for the record, I bought my pimped up unit (Q6600) as it is now... but the previous owner tinkered with it and the rear fan was in reverse, so I had the CPU constantly at 80-85 degrees, and went up to 105 degrees under load.
I reversed the rear fan, then I got immediately to numbers that are very similar to yours.
