"Destination Folder Access Denied" ????
Hi All - I've be a pretty happy user with my ReadyNAS Duo (v2). My firmware is the latest (4.3.4). On 95% of my files / folders (NAS Specific) I can read & write. There are a select few (they do...

Holy COW !! I got it.
Click on the "Advanced Options" Tab on the upper right.
Set the Share Folder Name to nobody, and the Share Folder Group to nogroup.
Set Share folder group rights and everyone rights to read/write
Check the box next to "Set ownership and permission..."
The click on "Apply" at the bottom right.
The box next to "set ownership" will clear, and after a bit there should be a pop-up telling you it is finished.
(OK, I found it int he forum once I started looking for the proper model). Thanks for your help.
Lastly -- to switch the drive -- not on the list; what do you think? I'df have a good backup & cloud backup (duo backup's) ???
