Disk Test Failure
I got an error notice that one of my drives failed from my monthly disk scan scheduled job. Disk test failed on disk in channel 2, model XXXXXXXXXXX, serial XXXXXXXXXX. But for the life of ...
The SMART extended self-test failed. The most likely cause is there's one or more bad sectors on the disk, but that sector hasn't been accessed during normal usage. Since all the other disks passed, you should be safe to run a scrub, which should expose the error and correct it automatically.

You posted SMART stats on the wrong drive.
Counting channels starting from 0, channel 1could be what we'd report as channel 2 counting from 1. One would have to check if the model and serial numbers match the one the alert was about.

If the numbering isn't consistent it'd be better to use a different word for the 1-based info. Perhaps "slot"?
It's not good to create needless confusion on which disk is failing.
Counting issues asside i did verify the serial number. and i did post the correct one.
I have also emailed my logs in as requested.
