Dropbox Authorization via ReadyNAS Admin page hangs and will not redirect

I'm attempting to set up a Dropbox sync with our RN31221D ReadyNAS device so that we have a cloud based backup of our documents. After accessing the admin page and going to the cloud tab, I'm trying to enable "Sync with Dropbox" but after switching this function from "off" to "on" a pop-up redirect page for Dropbox authorization appears and just hangs. I've already attempted to add the Google public DNS as a secondary DNS in the IP settings.

    Hello jatx,

     

    It does appear that you are having trouble enabling the Dropbox cloud feature of the NAS. Please make there are 2 green check marks on Internet and Service on the Cloud tab of the NAS.  As for the Dropbox setup please go here. You may also attach screenshot of the Dropbox setting and the error message you are getting.
