Duo - user has not been authenticated
Hi newbe here. I have the Duo and all was working great. Now when I use Raidar I get the following message "The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not been authenticated"...

You may perform OS re-install. This will put reset the password of you NAS back to defaults but will not wipe your existing data. Please follow the instructions in this link:
