DuoV1(v2) needed #24646804
Hello, I need to migrate my raid disks to a similar NAS in order to save my data (I guess). Live in Sweden Thanks in advance/ Peter
I have a DUO V1(v2) and cannot access it via front view since it was upgraded to its last version last month.
Raidar detects it and so does finder on my mac but none of its content.
Before the upgrade it was gone now and then but after the upgrade wich it did succesfully according to the sms text notice I received in my iphone, its not accessible.
I have followed som steps the phonesupport gave me, the last was starting i techsupportmode and radar can se it but nothing more.
I have two 2terabyte disks in raid and they contain data I can't afford to loose.
So what should I do next...
