Hello espakman,
Does this USB have the data from the volume of your old Duo? If not and is possible to format it, use NTFS.
If it has all the data, it is it may be best you contact support for the RN212 so this can be checked from the backend.

Have you tried all the USB ports of the NAS? What's the USB version of the USB disk?

Hello JennC,
the drive indeed contained the data of the old DUO. But I made a new backup on an other drive and formatted the USB with NTFS. It is detected now, so case solved. Thanks for your help.
