Firefox 8.0 failing to update Radiator 4.1.8
I'm posting only to see if I'm the only knuckle-dragger on this...
We have two NV+ (and a few other NASs). Neither can be updated to Radiator 4.1.8 using Firefox 8.0 via local update. I've tried two separate notebooks -- no dice.
I then tried IE9-x64, and no problems.

- Most likely Firefox 8 is incompatible with some versions of RAIDiator, possibly even 4.1.8
Firefox 8 release date is this month, I think whereas 4.1.8 was released a few months or so ago. So changes in Firefox 8 could well have broken compatibility with Frontview. If so, one would hope this would be addressed in the upcoming 4.1.9 release.
Another possibility if the upload completed and you were told to reboot and did so, could be that Frontview was cached. In Firefox, clearing the cache should have been enough to correct this if this was the problem. - Hi, I got the checksum error trying to upgrade to v 4.1.8 first with Google Chrome, than with IE8. I get the error with both? Any idea what's up?

If local, and checksum failed on both browsers, I'd suggest trying to download the file again, sounds like it got corrupted. - Looks like the file is fine.
It is the local update. (Also, I couldn't get it to remote update either...)
I don't get any debugging info from the FF upgrade, just the popup that says it failed.
The update works fine with IE8-x64.
