Hi I'm Dragos new user
I work for a company which owns 40-50 netgear ready nas RN10211D.
I need to get a manual if exists if not what port I need to configure in firewall to get ready cloud access and firmware/antivirus updates for the nas units

- How can I get the port number ? There is no manual for the unit and all the info I can find is very old, referring to older firmware. I'm using 6.1.9.

You will need http and https for firmware updates and ReadyCloud. - You mean port 80 and port 443 ? Can you confirm this please . Thank you
- Yes you will need to allow outbound connections from the NAS on those ports.
