firmware 6.4.0 is not installed
Hi,
I have tried to update to firmware 6.4.0, but de new firmware is not installed. The internet installation as well as the offline installation started with the upload of the software and ended with the rebooting of my RN10200.
However after my RN10200 is available, the firmware is still at the version 6.2.5.
In the past days I have followed this procedure several times, but not with success!!!
Did someone have the same problem and better a solution?
Please use this article to resolve RN100/RN2120 checksum issues with upgrading the firmware to 6.4.0 or newer:

it is normal for the nas to reboot after the firmware install
just wait while the nas is rebooting
access the admin page via radar or refresh the webpage, clear the cache of browser

- JophusLuminaryFurther issues include the inability to shutdown. The email alert starting a shutdown is in progress is sent but the power stays on. All services are inaccessible across the network and am not able to log in to front view.

Updating from FW 6.2.4 to FW 6.4 does not work for me either.
The workaround provided on the support side does not work for this unit. The initrd.log shows exactly the same checksum error as before.
I would opt for not marking this issue as resolved.
