Firmware update and ReadyNAS File Systems
I would like to know which File Systems in the ReadyNAS OS are not impacted by a firmware update. Probably /data /media /home /apps But is /root also not overwritten by a firmware upda...
I would suggest you make sure that the backup of your custom scripts is up to date before installing a firmware update.
Any file not listed under /etc/default/config may well be overwritten on a firmware update by a file with the same name.
