Once you have the unit into tech support mode, please up the date the case with the 5 digit number that it shows in Telnet mode.
OK, but why don't I see that in the case file. I can open an old case file and see all comms back and forth , but for this one I only see my OP, and a new post I just did saying I don't see
any reply from support.
Where are you seeing what you report above??

PS: Also, I just tried booting it again and there is a slight change. The power light is now steady, and the two drive lights blink slow (together) On-Off. AND, how does one telnet to a device that is not ping-able on my network, and is not seen by RAIDar.
