If it doesn't boot into tech support mode, try powering down, removing the disks and attempting to boot into tech support mode without disks installed.
Do not use TFTP boot recovery as this is very unreliable. If anything do a USB Boot Recovery, but this should only be attempted if booting into tech support mode doesn't work.
OK, I will try to place the box in tech support mode and see if RAIDar finds it. There is a reserved IP on my router for the box's MAC. If all this works I will make note here and post details in the case.
