Edited -I called tech support and I have edited the case number to match the phone case number. My machine is in Tech Support Mode. If someone with rights has time and can take a look I'd REALLY appreciate it. Also there are new symptoms...I can access frontview for about an hour after I do an OS Install and then it stops until I reinstall the OS again. Still, there are NO settings that will save...Case 19231691
