FTP - 530 login incorrect

Hi,

i want to user the FTP feature on my ReadyNas 2100. I've enabled the ftp service with user authentication, created a share and set the default acces to read/write (for testing). We use a domain as security option. When i will login to the ftp by filezille client or internet explorer i got always the message

"Antwort: 530 Login incorrect."

I've tedted with

username=<username> and username= <domain>\<username>

password= <domain password>

Any ideas what's going wrong?

Thanks forward

    I don't use AD myself, so I can't offer much advice.  Hopefully a user who does use it (together with ftp) can help.

    Have you tried logging into FTP with the NAS admin account?

    Also it might be helpful if you post the firmware version running on the NAS.

    Which level of AD are you using?

    Which firmware are you running?

        Hello gagagu,

        Does the domain users' login work on the shares of the NAS?
