FTP Backup Problem
Hello,
I just purchased a ReadyNAS 102. So far, it has been working great with one exception:
I am trying to backup a folder on a web server using FTP. When I backup the folder, it successfully copies all files; however, it continues attempting to back up files with ./ in front of the file name and it never stops. The log is below:
Backup Job Name: Database Backup
Backup Job Type: Incremental
Protocol: ftp
Backup Source: [remote:ftp]/ftp://XX.XX.XX.XX/
Backup Destination: [PDOffDutyDBBackups]/
Backup Start Time: Thu Oct 3 2013 8:33:32
Backup Finish Time: Thu Oct 3 2013 8:33:35
Backup Status: Fail: cancelled by user.

- stre176AspirantAlso, I am running firmware 6.1.2. It seems the backup enters a loop... If it is left to run, it will end up with several hundred ./'s in front of the file name. I have tried changing just about every setting, but I'm not having any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserHave you contacted netgear support? (phone support is still available if you purchased within the last 90 days, otherwise support.netgear.com)
- stre176AspirantNot yet; I was hoping it was a simple fix. I will call them tomorrow and see what they can do.
Thanks!
