FTP download slow, upload fast
hi team, hope someone can help with this one. had me NAS Duo for over 5 years now and thought i would give my buddies remote access to store and download there own files. I am on a fibre 76MB...
Jumbo Frames would certainly not help, since they only apply to the local LAN. NAS MTU is also unlikely to help, unless your fibre connection for some reason uses a smaller MTU than 1500 bytes.
The first thing to try is using FileZilla to upload from your PC to your NAS, and see what upload speeds you get when everything is local.
