hi team, hope someone can help with this one. had me NAS Duo for over 5 years now and thought i would give my buddies remote access to store and download there own files. I am on a fibre 76MB...

MB usually means megabytes, I suspect you mean mbits???
You are saying that when you download from his NAS you get ~70mbits, and when he downloads from you he gets the same.
But when you upload to his NAS you get ~16 mbits, and he gets the same?
What upload speed do you get to your local NAS?
