FTP server MLSD timeout

Ok, so I changed the command port on my server from 21 to somewhere within the four-digit range. Since then FTPeS works fine :-)
I rally don't know why it wasn't possible on default port. But as it's acceptable for me to use alternative port, then it's OK.
