How to enable a trash folder on ReadyNAS Duo 2

If you are comfortable with SSH (use of this is unsupported) then you can enable this for CIFS (i.e. Windows file sharing). I discussed this recently in this thread: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=342388#p342388. The Recycle Bin will only work over CIFS, not other protocols. There are no options for this in the new Dashboard UI found on the Duo v2, with the current firmware in RAIDiator 5.3.3. Hopefully they add this feature in a future firmware update.
Also RAIDiator (OS/firmware on the NAS) is very different to RAIDar (client software your run on your PC/Mac/Linux machine).
