How to enable a trash folder on ReadyNAS Duo 2
I want to be able to set up a Trash bin on the ReadyNAS Duo that functions similarly to the Windows Recycle Bin (deleted items go into the bin until the trash is emptied). Although I've read posts on...
taylord01, not really relevant to this thread as you have a Duo v1, but the Recycle Bin only works over CIFS (e.g. \\ip.address.of.nas or \\hostname). Is that what you're using? If not that would explain why the files don't appear in the Recycle Bin folder after deletion.
