No you can't share the UPS that way. However you can share the UPS. You need to connect the power cable for your router/switch to the UPS as well and share the UPS from one NAS over your network to the other units.
You need to configure settings under System > Power > UPS on each NAS unit, both to share the UPS from the NAS the UPS is connected to via USB (power cable from the NAS also needs to be connected to UPS of course) and to connect to it from the other units.
