Yes. It's a feature of NUT (Network UPS Tools) which is used by the ReadyNAS (you can see it in the GPL or you could see the Config in a System > Config Backup)
Of course you need a working ethernet connection, a UPS that is compatible with the ReadyNAS and the UPS must be able to handle the load of all the devices
