In ready nas, it showing management is offline

• What is the model number of your NAS?
• What is the current firmware version?
• Does RAIDar see the NAS? If so, what does it say about the NAS?
• What was the last activity done by the NAS prior to this issue?
• Do you still have access to the files stored to it?
• Do you have backup of the data?
