It would appear that the right/left hands of Netgear don't seem to be in sync. :roll: Here I WAS having issues with my new MBP and Time Machine, I allowed my ReadyNAS to automatic update its firmw...
Well, now you know there is a delay.

If you are in a rush, download from here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24238/
unzip first, then manually install.
Googling will find you the actual release, you don't need to settle for the RC or Beta.
