LG 55LW9500 sub folder issues
I am trying to use an NV+ as a streaming device for LG tv but have noticed that the tv (DLNA input) will only show some movies and not others.
It appears that the issue occurs if the videos are in subfolders or sub-subfolders, or perhaps there are excessive characters in the total path to the file.
Also is there a way of having the files in a list view rather than the icon view on the LG 55LW9500 smart tv? The icon view is basically useless.
Thanks
edit: PS
I have tried to shorten the overall path length down a lot, but there is still about 40% of the folders and files simply not showing.
Is this something that needs to be sync'd on the NAS or on the TV (I cant locate anything on the TV to "rescan" the media folder on the NAS so far)
