Making a new encryption usb key
During my initial setup and setup the drive encryption I just grabbed a drive to save the encryption key too. I've now realized I saved the key to a 32GB drive. Any way of transfering the key or making a new one on a smaller usb drive?
Thank you
You should be able to just copy the encryption key from the 32GB drive to the root of a smaller one. The key doesn't take up much space.
Obviously verify that things work with the new key before considering removing the key from the 32GB stick.
