Manually installed web services
Hi,
I haven't seen this yet and am curious about it before I venture and get disappointed.
Will manually installed web services (i.e.: not using plugins) survive a firmware upgrade? I would hate to install them and not be able to update the Readynas in the future.
Thanks in advance,
Brett

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThey might have to be re-installed over the top of themselves after the firmware update but you should still be able to update the firmware. Of course ensuring your backup is up to date before a firmware update is a good idea. You should backup your data regularly anyway.
- Great! Thanks for your expertise!
