You can download the logs and send them to us we will check the disk status and check the issue.
You can follow the below steps to get the logs and attach them personally.
Please follow the mentioned steps to get the required logs:
1. Open the NAS Admin GUI
2. Go to system >> Logs
3. Click on Download logs
The log file name will be like this: System_log-jding-716-20220519-084655.zip
And as Sandshark mentioned you can also try with the spare disks and try booting and checking. Also please mention the last configuration you have pushed into the NAS while it working.
