nas104 firmware update - all my local users disappeared
I updated firmware for NAS 104 from v. 6.2.5 to 6.4 and now all my local users disappeared.
I also can’t find sw user manual for v.6.4 (or is the same as 6.2 March edition)?
Where can I store my settings before fw upgrade that l can import setting if problems appears?
Any help will be appreciated.

After reboot I you can see users.
Other two questions are still open

An updated version is in the works and hopefully will be published in the near future.
You can do a configuration backup under System - Settings - Configuration Backup
