Netgear NAS 102 "offline"

I have been running my ReadyNAS 102 for nearly 3 years with no issues.   Recently I can no longer access the NAS remotly using readycloud log in.  The drive always shows off line.  Also, with my Windows 10 laptops I can see the drive and drive folders, however when I click on them they ask for log in credentials.  Ive tried adding a windows credential with the log in and password for the NAS, but that did not work. Ive also tried rebooting my modem, the drive, updated firmware, etc.

 

Any suggestions?
