netgear readycloud error 24002000011
The serial is showing up the same as the MAC address. Is there a way a Netgear Admin can help me resolve this? I saw another thread where it required Netgear to fix it. I just want to be able to get ReadyCloud to run on it for a friend. I have experience with Synology, but not Netgear, so I may need more guidance than a professional would.. Thanks in advance.
Currently running firmware 6.10.5 Hotfix 1.
