According to your registration you purchased it in October 2011. The unit had a 3 year warranty back then, so it should still be under warranty if that date is accurate.
If you can open a support case (via the email link on this page: http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/default.aspx) and provide proof of purchase you may be able to get an RMA for the NV+.
if the array comes back up in the NV+ then you could put new disks in the 102 and copy the data over across your network.
