Are your ReadyNAS using static IP addresses, or are they using DHCP?

You might consider switching to DHCP and reserving an address in your router. Generally that works out better than manually configuring addresses.
Did you configure a DNS entry in global settings? That is easily forgotten. 8.8.8.8 is a good one to use (Google's public server).
Also. your subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0 and your gateway IP should be the LAN address of your router. So you might want to confirm those values are correct.
When you say you can't reach the internet from the NAS - what service are you trying to use? NTP, or configure email alerts, or something else?

This is correct.

In the admin panel when I select to option for additional Addons I get a message, "The available add-ons cannot be displayed as there is no internet connectivity."
