No Volume Exists, need to bring volume back!

Hi All,

We have a ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition [X-RAID2] running firmware RAIDiator 4.2.22

A drive died in our system and the person who replaced the drive replaced the wrong one. After replacing the wrong one they quickly realized, took out that disk and put it in the correct spot. They did this without letting the drive properly sync before removing. Now ALL our data seems to be lost. When looking at the FrontView GUI it says "No Volume Exists". Can anyone help us recover our data and re-create this volume group? Please??

Output lvscan:
No volume groups found

Output vgscan:
Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while...
No volume groups found

Output fdisk -l
