No volume exists

So I ordered some new 8TB drives, to put into my NAS due to space issues.  Rebooted and I am getting an error http://imgur.com/a/ewVgq so I went ahead and powered back down and threw the old drive back in.  Getting the same error again and the old drive won't come back online at all.  Put the 8TB drive back in, now have no clue how to restore this volume.  This is what I am sitting at now http://imgur.com/a/uULzA.  Sitting on 6.6.0 firmware.  This sucks.

You might try paid support (my.netgear.com)  If you purchased new between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016 you have free lifetime chat support there.
