Been trying to delete the default X-Raid volume my new NV+ created, but I have no "Delete Volume" button in Radiator. So I try to do a factory reset reboot by holding in the reset button during power ...

Once thing that is confusing is that the NV+ version 1 (sparc based) has v2 and v3 on stickers on the bottom. These refer to minor upgrades inside the unit, possibly different brands of chips that do not affect the operation of the unit. This is not the same as the NV+ version 1 model which is referred to as NV+ v1 or the NV+ version 2 model which is referred to as NV+ v2. The NV+ v1 models all run RAIDiator 4.1.x and the NV+ v2 model runs RAIDiator 5.3.x. The two versions of RAIDiator are totally incompatible with each other as the two model have significant internal differences beginning with the processor (v2 had the Marvel ARM processor).
The major way to tell them apart is that the model v1 is silver and is RND4xxx-100 and the model v2 is black and RND4xxx-200. Sure with the marketing group had given the new versions different names.
Waiting the 30 seconds can seem like an eternity when holding that micro switch depressed, especially after getting the first response at 5 seconds, but you will have to wait.
