OS6.5.2 → 6.6.0 after the update, Volume is no longer recognized #27640242
I just updated to 6.6.0 on my RN104 and now all my hard drives are red in the System>Volumes menu. I can't access any of my data. How do I fix this? I don't have any backups and I have 8TB of data on...

And if I lost all my files I don't want this NAS anymore. 15 years of files gone. I'll just change to cloud based storage.

It's quite likely your data is intact, and that the NAS for some reason decided it couldn't mount the RAID array.
I'd contact support.

Combining the NAS with cloud storage for backup makes some sense, since you get the speed of local access together with an inexpensive off-site copy of your data.
