Try first to manually update to 6.2.5 then try to update local/remote to 6.4.2. For more information about the update process, kindly check this article.

You may try to manually update the FW (just follow the article I posted on my previous reply) and let us know what happens. If you want to close the thread, click the "Accept as Solution" button in one of the responses that you received.
