Out of memory 36c

Question

Dear All ,We have a customer have ReadyNas 104 , the problem is when the readynas start booting and web interface opened at the same time the software load till 99% then give us error message Out of Memory 36c&nbsp;Model : 104 4 baysFirmware : 6.6.0&nbsp;How i can solve this issue ?&nbsp;Thanks in advanced&nbsp;

Do you have lots of snapshots?
&nbsp;
Is your backup up to date?

we are using the the storage as backup , only .&nbsp; &nbsp;No app No Services, No snapshots.&nbsp;&nbsp;
