password reset
I am trying to reset the admin passord vias the boot menu but find I cannot access teh boot menu. Pressing reset while powering doesnt seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated\Hewlas

You may try the methods on the link provided on recovering lost or forgotten Administrator Password. You can also perform OS-Reinstall but you have to make sure you have the Duo V2. Here is how you can determine the unit.
Recover Password on OS 6- Omitting this since it's for OS 6. OS Reinstall should do with your DuoHope this helps!
