Permission pro 312

Ok, tried another rsync with the checkbox to reset permissions and still encounter files not accessible crap. During the rsync I noticed a bunch of different permissions would be listed for the share when I checked but upon completion it set the them to guest and guest. Tried to use the reset button in the NAS interface and it fails with the original message that started this thread and I suspect the files permissions aren't being set and or reset. But for now I am just giving up for now with dlink/readynas /pro 312 as in my opinion its not supportable for my needs or alternatively I am not cape of supporting it so I will just keep relying on my Ultra Plus.
