Power down, remove all disks (label order), get a spare low capacity disk (must not be from your array) put it in the NAS and do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything): http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu
If the NAS boots report what version of RAIDiator the NAS is running (will show on the homepage of Frontview).
