Did you have a static IP address configured on the ReadyNAS? That is the usual cause for this problem.
If so, you can do an OS reinstall on the NAS - which would reset the admin password to the default value, and reset the IP configuration to DHCP.
There are a couple other methods you could use, but they are simpler if you have an ethernet connection for the PC.
